Aar Shyam India Investment Company Limited said its Committee of Independent Directors (IDC) has approved an open offer by Mr. Radha Krishna Avudari, Mrs. Sudha Rani Avudari, and Mr. Nagabhyru Srikanth to acquire up to 58,43,327 equity shares, representing 26% of the company's emerging paid-up equity share capital, at a price of Rs 15 per share. The IDC deemed the offer price, determined as the highest amongst selected criteria, to be fair and reasonable, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
